The condo’s Pack n Play, high chair, and baby gates (available upon request; fees apply) make travel with little ones easier, and on-site laundry means less packing and more playtime. Please be aware: During planned construction and pool/hot tub improvements, some amenities may be temporarily unavailable, but your private condo, the nearby river, and Telluride’s endless outdoor activities ensure plenty of options for a memorable stay.

Important Information

Construction and Maintenance Notices

  • Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for the adjacent building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. Intermittent construction noise is anticipated.
  • Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise to be limited to the hours of 8am-6pm Monday through Friday and 9am-6pm on Saturday.
  • Due to this construction, parking is limited. Please text your license plate number, state, and driver's name if you need a street parking permit.
  • In May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. Work is scheduled to last seven to eight weeks. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.
  • Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings, or maintenance. Refunds for closures during your stay are not possible.

Occupancy and Guest Limits

  • Maximum occupancy: 3 guests. Sleeps up to 3 (maximum 2 adults).

  • This property has been listed for sale. Realtors may request showings. No extra work will be required on your part.
